Human Aspire

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Lumina, Mint, Anchor It, or PakoBots ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you are creating an account on behalf of a child under 13, you agree on that child's behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

Adults 18 and over may create an account directly. Minors 13–17 may create an account with parental consent. Children under 13 must have an account created and managed by a parent or guardian.

The Platform is not available to users in the European Union.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@human-aspire.org of any unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Access Tokens

Tokens are one-time use, non-transferable, and associated with a single account. Token-based access is valid for one year from account creation. We will notify you before access expires.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform for its intended educational purpose only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works of the Platform, its software, content, user interface, or "look and feel," except as expressly permitted in writing
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying structure of the Platform, except where this restriction is barred by applicable law
• Use the Platform to build, train, benchmark, or assist a competing or substantially similar product or service
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access, extract, or harvest data or content without our prior written consent
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security, authentication, licensing, rate-limiting, or access-control features
• Collect information about other users
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
• Misrepresent your identity or the identity of any learner you manage
• Circumvent age verification or parental consent mechanisms
• Use the Platform for commercial purposes without written authorization
• Access the Platform from the European Union

6. Intellectual Property

All Platform content is the intellectual property of Human Aspire and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform or its software, except where that restriction is barred by applicable law. We grant you only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose; all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Your Data

Your data belongs to you and is used solely to provide the Platform. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. The Platform is not a substitute for professional evaluation or intervention services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Human Aspire shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $0 for free accounts.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@human-aspire.org. We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, in our sole discretion, including if we believe you have violated these Terms (such as copying, reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to reproduce or compete with the Platform). Upon termination your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, and we are not liable to you or any third party for any resulting loss.

11. Security

We operate under the CISA Secure by Design Pledge. Progress is documented at human-aspire.org/security. Report vulnerabilities to support@human-aspire.org.

12. Changes to These Terms

We will notify you of material changes by email and by updating the date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Adams County, Colorado.
